
Tiffany Landry, ACE is the Airport Finance and Administration Assistant Director for the Glynn County Airport Commission. She has over 10 years of accounting experience. Tiffany has extensive knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month end close. Tiffany received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Immaculata University with emphasis in both Accounting and Business Administration with a minor in Finance.

Craig Pace, ACE is the Operations and Facilities Assistant Director for the Glynn County Airport Commission. He has over 10 years of experience in Airfield Operations. He served 5 years at the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport in Airfield Operations and most recently serves in his current role at the Glynn County Airport Commission. He has a Technical Degree from Ogeechee Technical College in Environmental Horticulture. He has obtained several certifications including Airfield Lightning, Category 24 Pesticide License, and Wildlife Management. He achieved his Airport Certified Employee (ACE) designation from the American Association of Airport Executives for Airfield Lighting Maintenance in 2020 and achieved the ACE designation for Airport Operations in 2024.
John Duncan is the Operation Manager for the Brunswick Golden Isles Airport. He has over thirty years of experience at this airport, most recently as a supervisor with Delta Airlines. During his tenure with Delta Airlines he served as a TSA approved Ground Security Coordinator, Training Administrator, D.O.T. Complaint Resolution Officer and De-Icing instructor.

Billy Ammons brings over 35 years of mechanical experience and holds multiple ASE and Goodyear certifications. As Assistant Facility & Fleet Director, he oversees the Airport’s Maintenance Department, supporting the safe and efficient operation of facilities, vehicles, and airfield systems.
His expertise includes airfield electrical systems, building maintenance, heavy equipment operation, and wildlife management—playing a key role in maintaining daily airport operations and safety.

Katherine Kissling serves as Airport Executive Assistant and Open Records Officer, bringing experience in human resources, office management, and executive support. She holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Broward College and has completed additional professional and government training. Katherine is a commissioned Georgia notary and holds the AAAE Airport Certified Employee (Finance) designation, as well as certifications as a Georgia Clerk and Georgia Records Management Professional. She is an active member of several state and national professional organizations supporting airport administration and local government.

Leigh Newton is the Airport Operations and Facility Support Manager. She is a local and has over 10 years of experience with the Glynn County Board of Commissioners in GIS, E-911 Operations, Property Development Planning and Office Administration. Her professional background also includes Wildlife Biology and Management where she worked with the Georgia DNR Nongame & Endangered Wildlife Program for 5 years. Leigh graduated from the University of Georgia and received her Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources with Emphasis in Wildlife Management.
Jerald Penzo is the Airport Facility Manager at the Brunswick Golden Isles Airport and has been employed since 2005. He served in the U.S Air Force as a Fighter Inceptor Controller Master Technician and Instructor. Earned the Presidential Citation Medal. Earned his private Pilot’s license at 18 and continued flying in the Air Force. Employed by Eastern Airlines in Atlanta, GA, for Control Tower, Ramp Agent and Ticket Agent. Held State Pest control license in GA, AL, and FL. 20+ years Experience in Real Estate, Purchasing, Sales and Wildlife Management. He also holds a CDLA License.

Patricia Yonce is the Airport Property Coordinator for the Glynn County Airport Commission, supporting the development and management of airport property with a strong focus on organization, communication, and customer service. She assists with tenant relations, property documentation, and daily administrative coordination to help ensure the efficient operation of airport facilities and properties.
Patricia is licensed as a REALTOR® in both South Carolina and Georgia, bringing a valuable blend of real estate expertise and practical industry experience to her role. Her background includes experience with leasing, property compliance, and market awareness, all of which enhance her ability to support property management operations
